One of my favorite dishes growing up was minced pork wrapped in lettuce leaves, which I could only eat at this one Chinese restaurant, which then closed down while I was in middle school. I was very sad and it took 15 years for me to realize that I could probably make the dish on my own at home. So, here is Chopped Asian chicken with water chestnuts and bell pepper lettuce wraps!
