I thought it might be helpful for me to keep track of what I cook, when and where that recipe came from (which, really is almost always adapted from allrecipes or epicurious). In thinking about my (or our) cooking style, Noah and I like to cook simply and make food that is satisfying, which for us means trying to bring out the flavors of our ingredients without getting too fancy. Thus, I give you the simple cook.

About me: I live in New York City. I used to spend most of my days teaching World History and French, but now am a stay-at-home mom of two kiddos (which means more time to cook!).
